How to Improve your health?
Nowadays we all are so busy in our life that we are not able to pay attention to our health. Due to which decreasing of our Physical and Mental health equally.
Everyone wants to look fit, and active.
In earlier times people used to wake up on time, sleep on time and eat on time. But now they don’t have proper time to wake up, sleep and eat. But because of busy life and work schedule, we are not able to do this.
Most of us are trying to do so many things to improve our health by watching videos on social media. We’ve also started it but do not be able to follow the routine of daily basis.
“The best way to improve the nation health is stay healthy” said by Medicine experts.
If you don not take care of your health then you have to face dire consequences. Many diseases will encompass you e.g. Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer, Stroke, and many more.
It is like a challenge to convincing people to make effort to stay healthy. There are so many campaigns and programs are ongoing to make people aware by National and International Health Care System.
It’s not like that you need to take a big step for caring your health. There are a lot of small things that are of great use to you, you need to just implement them. These tiny things will complete change your overall health and lifestyle. You can easily maintain them without any hurdle.
Here I’m gonna share about such things which you can incorporate in your daily lives by which these small things together will add up a positive effect on your body:
- Eat Healthy:
First thing which is more important that is whatever you eat, eat healthy. Make a chart of your daily meal e.g. breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure that in your every meal protein and fibers must be included. This plan helps you to manage healthy food.
Stop eating fast food, processed and refined food because they only harm you health. Fiber is found naturally in fruits and vegetables. Having a fiber based food improves your health system.
Include various kinds of food e.g. whole grains, fat-free milk, protein rich diet, fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, seafood, eggs, seeds and soy products. Cut excess amount of salt and sugar in you meal, take it only limited.
2. Get up early and go to Bed timely:
Mostly everyone’s habit is that we make a goal that we have to get up on time and set the alarm accordingly, but in the morning when the alarm snoozes, then we turn it off and go to sleep again by this the whole day’s schedule gets messed up.
Why does this happens? The main reason behind it that to sleeping late. People use our their mobile phones when they in their bed. They often check notifications, messages, and chats which is totally wrong.
Don’t use your mobile phone while you are going to bed. Because it disturbs your sleep. Turn off notifications while going for sleep. Have your dinner before 2 hours of bedtime.
If you sleep early you will wake up early definitely. Make it a habit, then see, your whole day will be good day
3. Daily Walking and Exercise:
You brush your teeth everyday, don’t you. Then why you can’t do exercise daily?
Any type of exercise you can do be it Yoga, or cardio or walking or cycling or zumba or aerobics. You can do whichever of these you like. Just keep in mind that if you want to do this on a daily basis then you have to do it. Don’t make any excuses that I have no time or how can I do this? Just start it and you will see a lot of changes in your heath in a few weeks.
You can first start with 10 minutes then gradually increase the time, you will like it.
4. Take Power Naps:
I think mostly people don’t know about the Power naps. Power nap is what, when you take a rest around 20 minutes. According to a Research Power nap is boost your health.
It should be shorter, not more than 30 minutes. Because if you take rest for too long then it can lead to lethargic which effect badly on our health.
What is the best time to take a Power nap?
You can take a Power nap in noon. Because it is the time when you feel laziness. It is the best time for Power nap. You feel afresh, energetic, relaxed, and improve your working.
But make sure that power nap should be short.
5. Listen Good Music:
It has been revealed in many researches that listening to good music gives unexpected improvement in your health. Your mind becomes calm when you listen the music you like.
You can listen music while you’re doing any kind of work. It increases concentration, improves focus on things, and when in high-pressure situations you listen your favorite music, it calms your mind and boost your energy and health swiftly.
When you listen classical music it improves creativity and reduce stress.
6. Reading Books:
We all know that there can be no better friend than books. Some says that they don’t have time to read books and some says they like to read books so much that they can’t sleep without reading a page.
By reading books gives many benefits to our body. If you sleep after reading a good book at night, then second day is refreshing. It is necessary for everyone to take a time to read.
Reading book practices the mind and obviously when the mind is practiced then the mind will be healthy and also the health.
By reading Books helps in reduces stress, better sleep, feeling relax, increases concentration, and word power made easy.
When you read books you eager to know what will happen next then it increases your critical thinking and analytical skills.
